The other day I decided to skip cooking dinner and ordered fast food, and I ended up finding an insect on it. My husband and I were shocked, grossed out, disappointed, and I do not know what else.

The insect was not the only gift included; I also found the longest hair ever! After thinking about it, we concluded that it fell on the floor, and they decide to deliver the food anyways.

I can easily put myself in their position and imagine; how effortless it is for them not to care because they are not the ones eating it. However, the truth is that they just lost their customers and, God knows how many more because whenever I have a chance; I will spread the word. We used to call them at least once a week or two. Not anymore though!

People need to understand the importance of their roles whether you are running a business or dealing with the people in your life. Yes, it was the easiest thing at the moment; but in the end, this can easily break them off.

So remember, when something seems wrong in your relationship to others always ask yourself:

Is this the effect of what I have caused?

How would I react if I were treated this way?

How would I feel?

Always avoid treating others poorly.

“Treat others the way you want to be treated” --famous quote
